Joyelle Fleurette Ndikumana is a student at Ashoka University. She finished an 18-months program at Tujenge Africa Foundation and a one month program at YALI EA RLC (Young Africa Leadership Initiative East Africa Regional Leadership Center). Joyelle is passionate about youth and women empowerment.
